{"id":3484,"date":"2018-04-04T19:40:50","date_gmt":"2018-04-05T03:40:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cwa9003.org\/?p=3484"},"modified":"2018-04-04T18:22:08","modified_gmt":"2018-04-05T02:22:08","slug":"att-legacy-t-bargaining-report-23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.cwa9003.org\/?p=3484","title":{"rendered":"AT&#038;T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT #23"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bargaining Team met with the Company today and passed the following proposals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amended proposals to Art 16.7 &amp; Art 24.5 \u00a0raising relocation money<\/li>\n<li>Retirement Related Benefit Eligibility to add age 60 &amp; 15 years of NCS<\/li>\n<li>Amended proposal for Appendix 2 Special City Allowance adding Greenwood Village, CO<\/li>\n<li>National Transfer Plan adding AT&amp;T of the Virgin Islands INC &amp; DTV LLC to Attachments A&amp;B<\/li>\n<li>Union\u2019s counter to Company\u2019s proposal on repopulation of titles eliminated during 2018 collective bargaining<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company withdrew Company Proposal 1 to eliminate Appendix 6, conditioned on the Union accepting the moving of the following letters into Appendix 6:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Appendix 4 Metro Segment Incentive Compensation Plan<\/li>\n<li>Memorandum of Agreement \u2013 Single, One-Time Pension Contribution for Eligible Employees<\/li>\n<li>Building Construction<\/li>\n<li>(S) Pension Asset Transfer<\/li>\n<li>(V) Special Social Security Supplement<\/li>\n<li>(m) Metro Segments \u2013 Performance Appraisals<\/li>\n<li>(s) Pension Computation for Employees in Metro Segments<\/li>\n<li>(xx) Customer Sales and Service-Commission (CSSS-S) Title Change Agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Company also responded to several open RFI\u2019s. We will review the data and respond accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Remember, the Company\u2019s net profit in 2017 was $29.3 billion.
