{"id":3493,"date":"2018-04-09T08:50:13","date_gmt":"2018-04-09T16:50:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cwa9003.org\/?p=3493"},"modified":"2018-04-09T08:21:53","modified_gmt":"2018-04-09T16:21:53","slug":"att-legacy-t-bargaining-report-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.cwa9003.org\/?p=3493","title":{"rendered":"AT&#038;T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT #26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Bargaining Team met with the Company today to present proposals on Appendix A for DTV;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adding core Articles in Section 1\n<ul>\n<li>Art. 3 Definitions<\/li>\n<li>Art. 4 Authorized Union Representation<\/li>\n<li>Art. 6 Union Activities<\/li>\n<li>Art. 13 Personnel Records<\/li>\n<li>Art. 14 Safety<\/li>\n<li>Art. 19 Benefit Plans<\/li>\n<li>Art. 24 Force Adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Art. 26 Technological Displacement<\/li>\n<li>Art. 31 Employees in Military Service or Active Duty for Training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition we presented proposals on adding the following letters from the core agreement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service Anniversary<\/li>\n<li>Work and Family Programs<\/li>\n<li>Union Representation<\/li>\n<li>2005 Letters, (KK) and (MM)<\/li>\n<li>1998 Letters, (h) and (o)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We proposed language changes in the following Sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2.2, 2.3, 2.4<\/li>\n<li>5.6, 5.9, 5.10<\/li>\n<li>6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.8, 6.9, 6.11, 6.14<\/li>\n<li>8.1, 8.2 8.3, 8.4, 8.5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bargaining is scheduled to resume tomorrow morning.<\/p>\n<p><u><strong>Remember, the Company\u2019s net profit in 2017 was $29.3 billion.
