Ratification bonuses will appear in paychecks dated September\n13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our new contract provides&#8211;for\nthe first time&#8211;wage and benefits guarantees for the life of the contract, and\nit protects us from arbitrary changes in company policies by management.\nSpecific processes, including union representation of all employees in\ndisputes, will be put in place to protect our rights on the job. Copies of our\nnew contract will be available shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This agreement would not have\nbeen possible without the unity demonstrated by Envoy agents at every station\nacross the country. You showed the company your unbreakable commitment to our\nfight against poverty wages at American, and it made a difference at the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now it&#8217;s time to take the next\nsteps toward building and strengthening our union at Envoy. In the coming\nweeks, local leaders will be in touch with agents about local structures and\nprocesses.
