The Company again failed to seriously address\nthe working conditions and quality of life for our Members. After receiving\nAT$T\u2019s package proposal, we have followed the National Unions guidance and\npassed a proposal that is designed to protect the Unions\u2019 rights after\nexpiration of the current contract. The Company to this point has not fully\naddressed a single issue to improve the quality of life for our MEMBERS or show\ntrue investment in OUR COMMUNITIES. Your Bargaining Team continues to wait for\na serious proposal from AT$T.
